Carter’s recreates the pleasures of a visit to the fairgrounds of days gone by with rides dating back to the 1920s. All rides, games and side stalls have been lovingly painted and restored to their former glory.
A memorable experience for all members of the family, with miniature train rides and merry-go-rounds for the youngest children plus steam yachts, The Octopus and Dive Bomber for the more adventurous.
This year will see James Messham’s Wall of Death joining the fair to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Carters Steam Fair being based at Pinkneys Green in Maidenhead.
The fair will be running on both Saturday and Sunday from midday till 9pm
